Take 281 North to Loop 1604 and exit. Turn to get on 1604 westbound, but stay on the access road.

From Medical Center:
Take I-10 West, to Loop 1604. Exit onto 1604 eastbound, and go about 5 miles. Exit 281 and make a u-turn, staying on the 1604 westbound access road.
